FAQ


1. How to place an order?

A new menu is posted every Wednesday on our social media and "weekly menu" tab on our website.

Once you are on the website, choose which option is best for you, Lean Machine (weight loss) or Gain Train (bulking)

Side note: Complex Carb- "good carbs" are good source of energy for active customers. Other option is Low Carb- If you have a goal of losing weight or have a sedentary job that does require a to of energy, also is great to order as a alterative to fast food or dining out for lunch- and cheaper too!

Add your selected entrée or from the "Rise & Grind" section (Breakfast & snack options) to your cart and click Checkout.

Once at Check out you can add quantity or/and start the secure payment process. Enter in all of the requested information (INCLUDING any allergies or intolerance) and choose delivery or pick up option and submit to complete your order.

 

2. When is the cut off for orders?

Ordering deadline is the following Friday at noon.

3. Are your meals frozen?

Just like our menu is created weekly, our meals are made fresh every weekend and delivered Monday and Tuesday!   

4. If I don't like a veggie can I replace it with another?

Yes of course! Just add your preferences in Check-out!
